Bookings and payments
For a failed payment, a refund, a cancellation or a charge you do not recognise, include the event name and the approximate payment date. Do not send your full card number by email. See our Refund Policy for the normal process.
Privacy and your data
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how we use data.
Safety at an event
If you feel unsafe or someone behaves inappropriately, contact the venue staff first if you are at the event, then email us. For an emergency, call the local emergency services.
Community organisers
If you run a community or want to host an evening, write to us with a short description of the community, the city and the kind of evening you have in mind.
